I made Mean on Bleach for my hero of a hair stylist Jason after he spent literally ten hours breathing in bleach fumes while trying to save a girl’s hair from its dyed-black murk. Jason and I often trade music suggestions so I made him a mix of what I was digging to listen to while working his magic at the salon. I hope this mix makes you feel as great as a new haircut.

Ed Thomas – On My Own

I first stumbled across Ed Thomas when a DJ played “Blk & Blu” by Chase & Status one night at a small, sign-less bar. The vocals caught my attention and I added the track to several playlists. Fast forward and Thomas’s work under his own name is equally catchy. The lords of dance that comprise the video for “On My Own” are the icing on the cake.
